The diagram describes the production of canned fruit.
The diagram illustrates the process of how to produce canned fruit with several steps from the original fresh apples to canned apple products.
It is clear from the diagram that at the first step, ripe apples are picked up and then being transported to the canned food factory so the workers can pick out good quality apples from the bad ones. At the next stage, the suitable apples are cooled in a storage in which the temperature is set to 20 degree. After this, the cool apples are flushed under running water and weighed up. Then, the apples are peeled by a chipper and being cut into small pieces. After being mixed up with water, juice and syrup the mixture is sealed in cans and sterilized at the cooking stage. Finally, after being cooled, the apple cans are being put into packages and being shipped to the supermarkets and stores and they are ready for sale.
