I try to make three sentence for the support of each reason. I can talk more but i run out of time.

Look, the second reason is
Look, the second reason is about 'fun', but again you go back to 'efficiency'. Whenever you put a reason, following the reason, there are two questions:
Why this reason? what are the advantages of this reason?
You don't necessarily fix to three sentences. Better to talk in 20 seconds for every reason.

Don't duplicate content. Don't forget that 'save time', 'save money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' are reasons that can be applied to all speaking topics.
