The bar graph elucidates the capacity in oil productions, which were estimated, for 6 different countries in Gulf regions from the period 1990 to 2010. The units are measured in millions of barrels per day.
Overall, Saudi Arabia’s oil production capacity was the highest whereas Qatar was the lowest for the given periods. Meanwhile, the rest of three countries showed similar trends for the same periods. During the 20 years of period, the daily oil production for 6 Gulf countries illustrated the increasing trends except for Qatar. The greatest rise was from 2000 to 2005 for Saudi Arabia when it rose by more than 5 for five consecutive years from 2000 to 2005.
There was a significant increase in the oil production between 1990 (above 8) and 2010 (above 14) for Saudi Arabia. Iran has shown a steady growth to reach at above 4 in 2010, while Iraq was increased almost the double the barrels of 1990 (of 2) to 2010 (of below 4). Qatar, on the other hand, went up and down over the next 5 years for the same rates of 0.5 barrels. By 2010, the number of barrels remained similar rates.
UAE had the same number of barrels per day for the period 1990 and 2000, which was increased steadily to reach at about 4 in 2010. Meanwhile, Kuwait was the second lowest daily oil production (of below 2) in Gulf countries in 1990, which rank was remained unchanged till 2000.
