Job security, respect from colleagues were selected as the second least factors affecting workers’ performances, whose age of 18 to 30 (40% each). Young age group cared less about the work environment as only about 30% work performances affected by it.
In contrast to younger age group, seniors highly affected by money (70%) and team spirit (60%). Competent boss is followed closely at about 55%. However, the older age groups less likely get affected by job security (20%) and environment at work of 30%.
