Most of younger age groups’ performances got affected by chances for personal development (above 80%). Relaxed environment and promotion prospects factors had the same proportion to affect junior’s work performance (of 80%). Job security, respect from colleagues were selected as the second least factors affecting workers’ performances, whose age of 18 to 30 (40% each). Young age group cared less about the work environment as only about 30% work performances affected by it.
In contrast to younger age group, seniors highly affected by money (70%) and team spirit (60%). Competent boss is followed closely at about 55%. However, the older age groups less likely get affected by job security (20%) and environment at work of 30%. Around 40% elders selected chance for personal development as factors affecting their work performances.
Both age groups highly affect their work performances by money and team spirit. Senior people are less likely affected their work performances by any future promising factors (personal development, promotion and job security), which are the most crucial factors for young workers.
