These two charts below represent the reasons for study according to the age of student and employer support, by age group. The first chart consists of two factors reasoning study which is including career and interest, and the second chart explains time off and help with the fees, by percentage.
The highest number of career reason occurs in under 26 age for 80% and for interest matter gained by over 49 age group up to 70%, while there are contradictions for the lowest rate of career reason occurs in over 49 age for approximately 20% and the interest reason for under 26 age group until 10%. However, in the age of 40-49 gets the balanced rate for both career and interest reason for 40%.
On the other hand, the highest employer support gives the age under 26 for around 60% and the lowest supporting percentage in the age of 30-39 until 30%, while the rate of over 49 age group gain around 40% supports. These circumstances describe that there is relevance between career reasons and the supports shown by the under 26 age, related to the time off and education funding.
The reason for study has strong relation to the employer support, especially for the career reason at the age under 26, 26-29, and 30-39, and for the interest reason at the age of 40-49 and over 49.
