The woman’s problem is that she has to work on her history paper in her laptop but the storm has cut off the electricity and they do not have electricity now. There are two solutions discussed by the students. She can either go to Jefferson City’s library or ask her professor for an extension. If I were the student, I would choose the first solution. The second solution is not proper because the professor has warned the students that he would not grant any extensions. Additionally, she should not wait until last minute. However, the first solution is far better because although it is rainy and she has to pack all her stuff to take to the library, it will take only 20 minutes to drive there and she can use the library’s electricity to finish her task.
