'impartiality' means
'impartiality' means 'fairness'. We need something else to explain 'fairness'.
For example:
1. Be cautious and don't make a quick decision for any students. Some students are good at some subjects but maybe bad at other ones. or it is not their interests...
2. Listen to students' opinions. Don't just put ideas to students and ask them accept...

Don't rush into making a call on any of the dordle pupils' futures. Some students may excel in one area of study but struggle in another. alternatively, it's not in their best interests.
