The charts are given providing an overview concerned about the basic factors why agricultural land becomes infertile and the three typical regions which suffered from the degradation in terms of various reasons during in 1990s.
It can easily be observed that the main causes of degradation were deforestation and over-grazing whereas the other items marginally effected to the land.
Regarding the pie chart the segments which express the over-grazing and deforestation were in the precedence over the rest indicating 35 % and 30 % respectively, however, over-cultivation was higher than the segment other by four times. Moving on to the table chart Europe took the priority over the rest of the countries from conducting deforestation and over-cultivation showing the total percentage of degraded land sharp 23 % though it was lower than Oceania by less than 6 %. Likewise, North America hit its peak in the category of over-grazing being the highest among others (11.3 %) whilst it revealed not using from over-cultivation by pointing 0 %.
To sum up, North America used from the items that pause the degradation of land on average being the lowest percentage among the other areas.
