- Describe your feelings regarding the situation.
- What do you want your manager to do about it?
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to bring your attention to some issue with our member of team Mr. Adams.
As you remember, he was hired as an analyst last month. His duties was included collaborating with others and analyzing our new project, also reviewing our previous project which was released last year. Although, he is so professional in his field, his misbehavior causes lots of problems for us. Firstly, he is so jealous and always put us in trouble whenever he feels one of his colleagues does his job better than him. His misbehavior ruins friendly atmosphere among staff. Secondly, he does not have punctuality attitude. As result, in last month we have some problems to meet our deadline.
Although, I aware he is a valuable employee and his knowledge and experience are so useful for company, I believe if this situation continues, all work which have done until now would be useless. I think he would change his behavior if you speak with him personally and share our point of views. In addition, arrange an appointment with our counselor would be good idea as well.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
