A sample Answer to this speaking in text:
Two characteristics of the target customers influence a company when and where to advertise its products. The first is age. If a company makes toy cars, then its target customers are kids. So it’d better advertise during the children’s television shows to make sure the kids can see the advertisements and go to buy the toy cars. The second characteristic is geographic location that places the target customers live. Say the boat building companies. The people who own homes near oceans or lakes are absolutely the target customers, who will have much use of the boats. So placing advertisements on signs along the road or on television in cities and towns that are near oceans or lakes would help the companies to reach the target customers for its boats and sell more of them.
