I am writing with regards to a problem I had with the laptop I purchased from your store a couple of days ago. My name is Matthew and my purchasing number is XX8887.
There is a serious problem with the keyboard of this laptop. The "Z" button was already loosed and sometimes there was no reflection by the computer when I pressed it. I thought it was the problem of the software at the beginning, so I re-installed the Windows system, and I found out that the problem still remained, then I believe there is something wrong with the hardware.
