Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in order to express my dissatisfaction concerning a terrible experience which I had in your hotel quite recently.
Last week my family and I came to your grand hotel on our summer breaks as usual. Upon arrival, however, I was informed that my favorite room that I had booked prior to coming was ran out of service, so it was changed, consequently. To make matter worse, after several hours waiting, another room which was recommended by your shift manager was not specious enough for us. After accommodating, I also noticed that the air condition would not run properly. This caused considerable inconvenience, not only to myself but also to my immediate family.
I was, therefore, wondering how it could be possible for such an expensive as well as five-star hotel such problems! As this foul-up occurred and was completely your service problems, I feel that I am entitled to request a full refund.
