Household buddget allocation- Middle income
All families have their different priorities according to their income. High class families can spend their money on vacations, parties and on other things. Poor class families spend their income on necessary things like food at home and medicine and on other things which are important.
Middle class families spend their income on housing as housing is the priority for middle class families. According to the survey of 2000 and 2010 the percentage of spending their income goes high from 35% to 50%. Earlier before, most of the middle class families doesn't pay their much money on outside food. but now percentage of spending their income on food increases by 25% to 35%.
In 2010, middle class families were spending their income on food and vacations was equal that is 25% on each. But, now a days as people don't get much time from their work so percentage of their income on vacations has decreasing from 25% to 10%.
Misscelinous expenses such as hospital expenses, parties, festivals and many more for these things they were spending their income of 15% but now this ratio has decreasing to 5%.
Buddget allocation is important for each class families to avoid waste of money and to sae money from unnecessary expenses.
