You live in a room in the college dormitory which you share with three other students. However, there are many problems with this arrangement, and you find it very difficult to study
Dear Mr. /Madam,
I am a student at college dormitory that I rented from your office.
I am writing to inform you of some serious problems that I am having with my roommates, and I would have a request.
Because I am a student and my exams will be started next week, I need a quiet place to study. But at the moment, my roommates make the room completely to a noisy place especially at night. They invite their friends every night and they are awake up to morning. In addition, I have no privacy here, I have seen several times that they check my personal belongings such as my Diary.
Finally, we rented the room in share and we should do the chores with each other, but they do not help me with them, and I usually have to clean the room alone.
I would be very grateful if you suggest another place for me to stay, at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfully,
Ghazal
