Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction toward the headphones purchased from one of your local store at 18th Manchester Street. I bought the item from the shop about a week back probabaly on 19th Jan 2017.
Firstly, Upon unboxing the item I got a bit surprised when I found that the headphones are not working as I cannot hear any sound coming out of them. Furthermore, I tested them even on my laptop but didn't find any success. I noticed it lately about two hours later that the headphones were not original and were actually from one of the local brands which is quite prevalent in our local market.
I would really appreciate if you can either replace the item or compensate me for the loss incurred on this item. I have also attached the invoice for your reference.
Should you need to contact me in case of any questions, please don't hesitate to either drop me an email or call me on my phone (750-630-8426).
