The diagram has shown that the horse has no change drastically on his body shape except his foot. The body had the same despite it developed bigger, and modern Horse has more curly hair than his ancestor. Moreover, through evolution, the number of horse's finger tend to decrease in number.
Eohippus, the first-found horse, 40 million years BC, had a foot with four fingers. After 10 million, that foot evolved. Mesohippus that lived in 30 million years BC had three fingers instead of four. However, after 15 million years the number of fingers resembled Mesohippus' finger only Mcrychippus's foot was bigger than his ancestor.
Lastly, at the end of evolution, modern Horse, the finger tends to lost. Modern Horse only has one big nail without a finger.
