The charts show learning purposes and benefits for workers grouped by their ages. Overall, most of the younger people study to get a job and get more support from their employer.
For the study reason, 80 of 90 students under 26 is studying for their career, leaving only around 10 of them to study for their own interest. However, they pursue their passion more than career as old as they get, until the number of people with different academic objectives is balanced in group of 40 to 49 years old at 40 for each purposes. Finally, 70 students choose to get an education to satisfy their interest, while less than 20 of them is learning for their work needs.
Meanwhile, job supports are starting high for employee under 26 years old with the score of 63. Next, it noticably dropped to 51 when they are entering ages of 26 to 29. The trend continues until they reach the ages of 30 to 39 at 33 points. Then the trend is starting to reversed, as the score is slightly increasing to 38 points when they are at group of ages 40 to 49. Lastly the number rise to 45 points for employees older than 49 years old.
