People in modern societies study hard and work intensively for earning good life. What is the indicator of good life? Psychologists and sociologists claim that happiness is the most striking factor of good life. People always try to be happy, although there is a serious problem. What is the happiness? How can people determine the happiness?
There are 2 various approaches to indicate happiness. Initially, if people forget their problems they to feel happy. For example, during special days people neglect their problems and focus on enjoyment. It is possible to cal it happiness. However, it is ephimeral happiness. Just a little difficulty can change the mood. On the other hand, specialists consider that real happiness lasts longer and stays durable. They relate this situation with the lack of problems or negative situations. It is simple, if you do not have a negative issue, you can be happy. In this stage another question apperas. What factors are essential in achieving happiness?
Specialists divide these factor into 2 groups: Real and abstract factors. Real factors are those which people can control and manipulate. For example, earning enough wage or achieving your tasks are able to manage. However, ambitious people can have a strict difficulty with this, because, it is possible that thay can not manage their aims sometimes and hence, they lose their happy mood. The second cluster of factors are abstract factors. They are nor managable or controlable. They are related with people's emotions. For instance, love or satisfaction. They do notdepend on people's behaviour. A person who can take these emotions under control is the luckiest person in the world.
Consequently, if people can not become happy, they should try other tactics. Happiness is ability to share. If people happy, they can help others to be happy.
