Dear Sir,
I am writing to let you know about a letter, which I received yesterday. I have been dealing with your trustworthy bank for few years and I have not faced with any difficulty during this time. The letter, which has been sent to me, has altered my view about your organisation. It mentioned that I have to pay $70 as fine, owing to my account is $240 overdrawn. If your employers search about my account, they will notice that I have not used it for 1 year. Regarding to my requirements, I have opened new one since July 2016 and I am doing all of my financial affairs by it. As you know, It is not pleasant case for a businessman, If my clients think I am not able to pass my checks.
I would appreciate, If you could survey the mistake personally and attempt to resolve it.
I look forward to hearing from you.
yours faithfully
