The table provided reveals information about a sportsclub’s member response to a survey on 3 factors: range of activities, tools and working time.
It is clear that overall, most of the club’s members, in both genders, felt satisfied with the provided service. However, there are different reviews between the two sexes, in the club’s activities and opening hours.
As can be seen from the table, for positive response first, a great number of members rated very satisfied, accounting for the largest share in all 3 standards. There is a significant figure of female members considered the working time of the club excellent, reaching 72 per cent. The figure of member in both sex considered the service of the club satisfied ranged from the low of 19 per cent in the male review on the opening hour to a high of 40 per cent in the male consideration on activities.
With regard to negative feedbacks, there are differences between male and female on range of activities and working time. While approximately on third of female considered the range of the activities of the club not satisfied, there is a mere of 5 per cent of male thought so. In contrast of the minority 3 per cent of negative reviews on opening hours of female, over 37 per cent of male member did not satisfied with this feature.
