In the past, most people lived in small villages where everyone knew everyone else. Nowadays, most people live in large cities where they only know a few people in their area.
What do you think were the advantages and disadvantages of living in a small community?
In many areas of the world, some small villages were the important part of a country. Inhabitants who lived there knew their neighbors well. However, people who lived in modern place only realized with a few societies around them. This essay will discuss both views of life in a small region.
The societies in the village would not receive the latest technology. This technology was sent only in big cities and did not transfer to the smaller areas. This made the inhabitants who lived in the villages could not follow the development of technology as well as the people in the cities. Also, societies who lived there had a lower knowledge than people who lived in the city. This influenced their lifestyle. As a result, they had worse manner than citizens in the city. There were the negative sides of living in small part of a city.
However, lifestyle in the small villages was better than in the town. Villages had healthier environment which consists of many natural aspects: fresh plants, no pollution, no pesticide, and large farmland. This made the quality of life of inhabitants who lived there were better than other people in the big cities. Also, the quality of their health was better. It showed that villages were the essential parts of a country.
In my opinion, villages consist of many supporting parts which brought them to the essential part of a country. However, the bad sides of villages made people are afraid of life in the villages.
In a nutshell, the villagers should filter every lifestyle that they ever got. Also, they should try to get much more knowledge from cities as far as they can improve their lifestyle.
