read the topic carefully. it is for 'in the last 10 years' not for 'recently'. and need to talk about the topic generally cross the country not for one school or one subject, a sample like:
I live in a developing country where the education sector went through numerous changes including 1. the government’s more fund allocation in education, 2. more women enrollment in higher studies, 3. changes in academic syllabus etc.
