Just go head on the meal itself. like:
Tonight I made cream peas and red potatoes that came from my brothers garden. Deep fried some bass that I caught last weekend in some beer batter. Picked some lettuce, cauliflower and broccoli from my garden and made a salad.

I made turkey burgers with grated onions, bread crumbs, paprika, salt pepper fried in grape seed oil. Fresh grated and steamed cabbage with a tomato sauce on it.
