Your office is full of plants and no one is watering them on regular basis. To whom this task should be assigned? boss's personal assistant or the whole team. Discuss
Both the choices look reasonable but my preference would be that the task should be allocated to the whole team rather than one single person.
For one thing we should consider ourselves really lucky that we are working in such environment where greenery is giving such preference. As we all know that such environment make workplace more pleasant. Therefore, it is our combine responsibility to water the plants profusely on regular basis to keep the surroundings spick and span and workable. In contrast of assigning the task to boss’s personal assistant will keep him busy all day in watering the plants and therefore might not be able to do office chores.
For another thing, by disbursing the task to each team member will create the sense of loyalty and also provide chance to show their admiration to the company. On the other hand the PA might be qualified personnel therefore by doing such work would realize him as undervalued employee hence inferiority may be the end result.
Being a sincere employee of the company we must take the ownership of work accountability and of course for the sake of humanity we should not let any individual bear the whole burden.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
