You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at a hotel. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter:
say where you think you left the papers
explain why they are so important
tell the manager what you want him/her to do.
Dear Manager,
I am writing to you regarding my personal belonging which I forgot at your hotel's "The Hyatt Regency" meeting hall number 2. I am Pallavi, and today I visited your hotel for my official meeting with clients. We had met at meeting hall number 2, and I left my important paper bag on the table of the room.
This bag is important to me as it contains the client-related information, which is essential for the completion of my task. I am not staying in the same city where your hotel is situated, so it is not feasible to me to come to collect my paper bag.
I will appreciate your help if you could send the scan copy of my documents to my email id "abc@gmail.com". Thre are only three pages you need to scan from page 3 to 5.
Looking forward to hearing back from you and thanks in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Pallavi
