Given are graphs representing alterations in literacy rates relating to one African country from 1950 to 2010. General population is divided into three age groups namely people under 20, between 21-40 and others between the age of 41-60.
Increasing from a mere 24% in 1950 to 50% in 1970, literacy levels of adolescents underwent another 30% upsurge in 1990 prior to entire population under 20 were literate.
