For success in future job, the ability to relate well to people is more important than studying hard in school.
Although some people believe that the majority purpose of the school is scientific education and the main student's duty in school is studying hard, but it seems to me studying is just a little part of the goal and the main part is learning the ability of how to cope with people in the society, because of two reasons, first, the human being is naturally social and second, being successful in future career.
First, the natural nature of the human being, if you consider the human being as an absolute and complete person, it is not out of mind to separate him from the society. In fact reaching the perfection is not a gradual process; it is achieved by the person at the moment without considering him in the text of the society; so, the creation of the world to the current order seems nonsense. But the human being is not complete and naturally needs the society. so, living in this society requires some preparations that obtain step by step in the person's life. The school is the main place to educate people how to cope with the other people.
Second, having a brighter career life has a direct relationship with the school days. taking part in educational and social activities in the school helps students to share and cope with each other; obviously you might get familiar with the number of different people with different characters; so, there are variety ways to know how to work with these characters. If the person has a suitable background in working and getting along with people in school, definitely he has a brighter future than a student without this background and ability.
To put the issues into a nutshell, for living in the society and being successful in a future job, the ability to relate well to people is more important than studying hard in school.
