Say why the reception are is important
Dear Mr. Brown
I am wirtingto inform you regarding a few comments about the waiting area for visitors and what we can do to make it a pleasant one for those who use it.
First oaf all, let me brief you the bad reviews about that area. A few clients thought the place was awful because lacks of maintance. For exameple, the furniture is old and have signs indicating that have been dirty. On top of that, they told me there is not much space to accomodate a significantly number of visitors, so they have to squeeze each other.
Despitethis notice there is a way to turn this problem around and make the visitors forget this issues. The reception is one of the most important rooms of a company because it is the first thing that you see when enter there. The visitor must feel welcomed by the staff and and see how confortable and beautiful is the reception. This can gives an amazing first impression about the place itself.
In order to visitors be delited for our company's entrace we must transform it and by that I mean change the old furniture for new ones, open up those walls and create more space and leave a table with a coffee machine on it, so everyone can use whenever they want.
Having said that, I look forward to hearing from you at the earliest about your likes and dislikes on this matter.
Your sincerely,
Will Smith
