Human beings do not need to eat meat in order to maintain good health because they can get all their food needs from meatless products and meatless substances. A vegetarian diet is as healthy as a diet containing meat. Argue for or against the opinion above.
The most controversial issue today related to healthy nutrition is the vegetarian diet. Some people justify killing animals through a need of meat as an unreplaceable food. Others disagree and point out that meatless products contain all important substances. In this essay, I am going to examine both sides of arguments.
