Essay topics:

Educational institute have a responsibility to dissuade student from pursuing fields of study in which they are unlikely to success.

Educational institute is a like playground where students goes to practice, so, its institution's responsibility to guide them and correct them too, under no circumstance. Similarly, institute should rectify students mistake. If institute don't correct student's mistake and let them do what they are doing then it will not waste student's time only but also teacher's too. For example: A student didn't mistake in front of teacher while practicing math ; however, math teacher remain quite while seeing it, then what will be the result of being in front of teacher ? One must know that the consequence will be bad for student's career and teacher's reputation. Institute should guide student in their classroom and also outside class. They have to prepare their student to compete in market -- knowing market scope. For example : If student is trying to develop android app using java then teacher must let student know about Kotlin programming language -- primary language for android -- before student to develop app, which will reflect the scope in coming future ( demand of programming language).

Of course, to some extent, educational institute should guide student but they cannot force to not doing what they like to do by just evaluating either it will be success or not. Every person in this world have their own ability to do something -- thinking ,planning, perceiving -- which is unique in their own. If student are doing in their own then it must be, due to, their interest and interest leads to the scope -- can create own. Foe example : Albert Einstein, great scientist of this era, was dissuade for math and science but due to his interest in the field he create his own scope and became father of science and won Nobel prize also. Success directly pro-personal to the expertise. Had a person expert in their field, will be success in career. For example : Mark Zukerberg, founder and CEO of Facebook, was expert in programming language, specially PHP, create Facebook using that language and became very successful and earn both name and fame. So, to have prosperous career it is not only doing what the normal people doing.

Therefore, in my opinion, educational institute should persuade student to do which can make them success in future and also they shouldn't deeply interfere in their subject of interest .
