Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the new dining table I had purchased from your shop yesterday. It is a large table with 6 seats and it is made of pure wood with no glass on the top. I was looking for a unique, heavily carved table for my dining area and I had purchased it on your demanded price without any bargain as the table perfectly matched my requirements.
However, unfortunately when we received the table through freight services; we found it broken from one side and also top area polish was faded. In addition to this one chair seat cover is dirty and seemed to be in use already. I am quite sure the original table which was shown to us has been replaced with the provided one while uploading in the cargo van.
As I have already paid for additional freight charges, so I want you to pick the broken table from my place and send a fresh one, with no additional cost. This was my first experience shopping with you that ended on a bad note. Keeping the customer satisfaction in mind, I expect you to change the table at priority. Looking forward to your swift response on this.
Yours Sincerely,
Sam
