Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?
Developing countries are constantly struggling with the basic needs of life such as food, clothes and shelter. The health and education system is poor in the under developed countries. As people cannot fulfill their everyday needs and have to cope with lots of difficulties to overcome poverty and starvation. The government of these nations provide shelter to homeless people and try to overcome health issues by providing the health facilities. They also provide education free of cost to the people in these countries. But due to the economic burden, the government alone cannot take the responsibility and provide the whole nation with wealth to overcome poverty, as it is not possible without generating enough revenue through tax collection from the population, which in return will over burden the poor population.
However, in my opinion wealthy nations can take the responsibility of poorer nations by investing in such countries and bringing the money to developing countries. The developed countries already can provide lots of opportunities like providing education to the people from under developed and developing nations with tuition free scholarships. They can provide employment opportunities to the people of poor nation on contact basis. They can establish projects and work on it in collaboration with the poor countries. Moreover, they can also provide the government of poor nations with loans which well help in sharing the economic burden of the country.
In this way both the government of poor countries and wealthy nations can share the responsibility of economic and health crisis in developing countries.
