You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager.
Write to the manager of the restaurant. In your letter explain why you were at the restaurant, describe the problems and write about the action you want the manager to take.
Dear Sir,
I am a loyal customer of your brand and visit almost every fortnight to your restaurant. I am a big fan of continental cuisine and relish the feast at your place. On the occasion of mother’s day .I along with my family visited restaurant for a family dinner.
We were comfortably placed and ordered our food. However, to our surprise, it took at least 30 minutes for the food to arrive on our table .Your team member Hitesh, was not apologetic about it. Furthermore side items were fine but our taste buds went sour when we took first bite of our main course dish ‘fish corn salsa’. Fish was overcooked and not correctly roasted. We felt marination had some issues because blend of spices were missing.
Your chef was not open to take feedback and was adamant that meal was cooked with high standards. I will suggest you to coach your team to be more courteous in understanding customer demand. It will be highly appreciated if you get the taste monitoring done before it is served to customers
Looking forward to a favourable reply.
Your truly
Ipsa
