You recently had your computer fixed at the local computer store however you are not pleased with the service you received. Write a letter to the store manager. In the letter- describe the situation- explain why you are dissatisfied- say what you want them
Dear Sir,
I am a loyal patron of your chain tech shop since its inception in the 2000s. However, unfortunately, I am writing this letter to express my utter dissatisfaction regarding the maintenance service of my personal computer that I delivered yesterday. Please allow me to explain the situation.
To begin with, as I purchased my laptop 6 months ago, it still has a warranty for the next full year. As because, I have encountered a few difficulties with slowed start-up coupled with disabled antivirus which has been given free during procurement. To fix the problems, I gave it to your Basundhara branch last Saturday.
Regrettably, instead of resolving the existing issues it has come up with new complications like frequent automatic restart about every twenty minutes. To make the matter worse, some inevitable programs as the "Microsoft Office" is uninstalled. As a consequence, I missed the deadline to prepare my committed official assignments last week and severely threatening my upcoming urgent projects to get on time.
In this circumstance, I would really appreciate if you arrange a similar machine temporarily and solve my one as early as possible.
Yours sincerely
A T M Jakir Alam
