Some people believe that there should be fixed punishment for each type of crime however, others argue that the circumstances of an individual crime and the motivation for committing it should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment
Currently the ratio of criminal activities is increasing rapidly all over the world therefore, to elude this problem from the society many distinct nations have placed several diverse penalties. However, it is not that straightforward as law enforcement to fix punishment for each type of crime. On the other hand, a certain people debate that there should be a fix retribution for every crime. Whereas, other deems that the atonement should be based on the situation or intention of the felony. But I personally believe that the infliction ought be based on the type of the delinquency.
