Dear Mr. Patel,
I am writing with regards to the recent experience I had at your restaurant. I am part of the Youth’s Club and we come to your restaurant every other month as a get-together dinner which we enjoy a lot. Unfortunately, the latest dinner we had at your restaurant was not so much fun. Somehow, the overall experience that we had there was not pleasant at all.
Let me explain in detail. We had come to your restaurant 2 days back on 28th of June for dinner. As always, we had called the previous day for a table booking for 15 people. Instead, we were asked to wait for 15 minutes for the table to become available. I was really unfair and then what is the use of table booking over the phone? We still cooperated and waited for 15 minutes. Then we placed an order consisting of few dishes including chicken crispy and vegetable platter. I must say, the food quality was not as usual as it always is in your restaurant. Firstly, the chicken was not cooked at all. We were not even able to chew the pieces. Secondly, the vegetable platter usually have potatoes, baby corn, mushrooms, veg rolls and cauliflower pieces. But, the waiter served only potatoes, veg rolls and cauliflower. When asked, he said that baby corn and mushrooms are not available. I asked him why did not he inform me about this before preparing the order, but there was not answer from him.
Similar small issues occurred throughout our dinner. After the dinner, I even complained about this to the temporary manager that the restaurant had appointed that day due to your unavailability. In spite of this, I am writing this letter personally to you so that you can look into this matter. We were completely disappointed with this experience and I suggest your restaurant to send an apology note to our club, since we really enjoy your delicious food. Your restaurant is a real reputed one throughout this area and I wish it should remain the same.
Thank you for your consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Deepti
