Dear Mr. D’Ewes,
I am writing to draw your attention to the issue with parking, that we have faced ever since we have moved in the present place. The unavailability of designated parking space is affecting the workforce and productivity as often we are late to the office trying to find the space or trying to find our way out of the traffic because of the improper parking on the roads. There are 3 employees, who got salary deductions due to multiple delayed punch-ins.
To combat this, I would request temporarily hiring the basement block of the Suhail Bahwan building that is next to us. They have a visitor's parking area good enough for all our employees. Being a residential premise, it's generally vacant during our office hours which will reduce the amount of traffic at the time of arrival. During my last meeting; we casually discussed this, at the very end of the meeting and as per them something can be done.
The arrangement if provided will help everyone to be on time with a calm mind to approach our first meeting of the day. In addition, it will ease out the rest of the day.
