Write a letter to your local council that the street you are living has become dirty lately.
In your letter, you should tell:
why it is happening
what problems it will cause
what your suggestions are.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Yasmin Kaur, the local resident of your cranberry city and writing to bring your attention towards the city's destitute and miserable conditions of the road. Let me elaborate in details.
To be more specific, the prime cause is the ongoing construction for the super mall on the road. Firstly, it is a colossal building which requires a couple of months to build up. Consequently, the construction labourer uses forklifts, turbines and massive machines on a daily basis has made the road conditions shabby and tear out. Secondly, building materials such as mud, cement bags, broken tiles and other garbage is scattered all over the sides of the road. As a result, the children are the main targets of falling sick due to the heap of garbage, dirt and gravel. Lastly, bulky equipment materials often fall off leading to breakage of the road. Ultimately, this will demand repairment of roads soon in future. Besides this, the budget of making and repairing the road standards will directly affect our disposable income. The government will charge us against the heinous road conditions in spite of these moneymakers of big projects.
At the end of the day, I would highly appreciate if you could restrict the making of a super mall in the residential area.
Also, the damage made to the road should be covered from these lofty businessmen instead of the innocent public.
Hopefully, you will pay immediate attention to this matter as earliest as possible.
Your's sincerely,
Yasmin Kaur.
