Dear Rajah Sir,
My name is Paik Bhat, and I am one of the student of Biotechnology department. I am writing this letter to convey my personal message about the cafeteria as I am regular customer of your canteen. The cafeteria staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Rama Uncle. The color combination of walls, doors and windows is the best as compared with other part of the college.
However, unfortunately the food quality is not in the standard range. More importantly, it is not served hot and the tasteless. Yesterday, during lunch I observed there was smell in the rice, and for that I also had a harsh discussion with your staff. Finally they changed my food, but the concern related to food quality is still existing with every day meal; therefore, I request you to look into the matter on immediate basis.
As per my suggestion, you can increase the price of same food if there is a budget issue, as no student is complaining about the cost of product currently. We can also raise this issue in student union so that everyone agree with the price hike in canteen food.
I look forward to receiving your reply as soon as possible.
