The diagram below shows how coffee is produced and prepared for sale in supermarkets and shops.
The diagram illustrates the process of coffee manufacture and preparation for sales on the market.
It is clear that there are 11 stages in the production of coffee. The process begins with the picking of the coffee beans, and ends at the packing stage.
At the first stage in the production of coffee, the farmers pick up the coffee beans and then dry them manually on sunny days. Next, those beans are toasted before they pass into a cooler in order to make them cool rapidly. The coffee beans are then ground and mixed with hot water. After that, the mixture is strained.
Then, the mix is put into a freezer and the frozen liquid is continuously ground in a grinder one more time. The resulting mixture is dried in a vacuum so that the water can evaporates. Finally, the dried compound is packaged into jars and ready for trading at supermarkets or coffee shops.
