The pictures illustrates the process of making chocolate. Overall, there are at least ten stages in order to produce chocolate starting with harvesting the ripe cocoa and ending with production of chocolate liquid.
To begin, the cocoa fruits, which are red and ripe, are picked up from their trees that grow in some regions around the world such as America, Africa and Indonesia. The next step, the white beans of cocoa are then removed from their pods before they are fermented and dried under the sunshine. Following that, the cocoa beans are collected to be packed in the large shacks and then transported to the chocolate factories using trains or big lorries.
Subsequently, the beans that had been transported to the factories, are roasted onto roasting machine with high level of temperature before they are then took into crushing diesel to be crushed and removed from their outer shells. Finally, the inner part of the cocoa beans are compressed to produce the chocolate liquid.
