Dear James,
This is Gaurav living in flat number 204 in east London. I have taken this fully furnished property on rent from you last week. I didn’t get much time in weekdays to spend in flat due to busy work hours and mostly been outside during the evening so writing this letter to you today to bring attention towards a matter of concern related to the condition of the furniture in flat.
Drawing room Sofa set and table are not in good shape, the table glass top is cracked from one side and the cover of the sofa set is torn from multiple places. Even the door of the living room almirah is not closing properly.
It would be good if you can send a carpenter over the weekend to get them to repair as it is very uneasy and unhealthy for my kids and can cause injury if these items are leftover unfixed for long.
Thank you in advance and hope for a quick response on this from your side.
Thanks
Gaurav Sharma
