You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In the letter,
• describe the situation
• explain your problems and why it is difficult to work
• say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
Dear Sir, Madam,
I am writing this letter in reference to my current accommodation issues. Please allow me to explain the situation, I've lived on the ground floor in the room number 03 since a month with one of my co batchmate from the Entertainment stream.
As we all ware of the fact that rooms available on the zero floor are constructed during 19th century and used as a medical laboratory during that period. In the result ,some of the part in the room are already damaged. However facility department have claimed to us that there are not damages in the room. Later we have noticed that there are no proper arrangement have been done in the damaged area which is 1/4th area of the room. Due to shortage of the space my mate keeps her guitar & elements of her event play in my personal area. As her cultural event is scheduled everyweek for a year on university demand.
I find lots of difficulties while working. In simpler words, I am not able to work at all.
I would like to request you that , if you could arrange a different accomodation for me on the 5th floor where a single occupancy is available. it would be a great help from your side and i would really appreciate it!
Many Thanks,
Shahin
