Dear Sir/ Madam,
I feel the necessity to bring your attention to an issue in which the security unit of the airport operated inappropriately. Allow me to elaborate on a situation I was in challenge.
Last week, I had a flight to Istanbul where an international seminar on the environment, the field in which I do regular research on, had been scheduled. At the security unit of the airport where every single passenger’s luggage is checked, I was in trouble with a checking system, having a problem in identifying the material inside the suitcase. As you can expect each suitcase had to be opened and eye-controlled by the security unit which really wasted my time and culminated in my flight loss, unfortunately. I missed the opening date ceremony of the seminar and could not harness the whole program, as a result.
I trust you can empathize with my situation. Thus, I am expecting you to take an immediate action by altering the computerized checking system in your security unit. I am also expecting to train your security employees to be agile meanwhile precise, in a visual control.
