The below chart gives the information of percentage of British people donating money by range of 18-25,26-35,36-50,51-65 and greater than 65 in year 1990 and 2010.
Ovearll, the chart indicates that largest percentage of people who donated the charity are in higher age between 51to 65 in 1990 as well in 2010 . In this regard, the least percentage of people were younger people around 15% in 1990 and this percentage was significantly dropped by 10% in 2010.
In 1990, the largest proportion of people donated the money is 40% falls under the age group of 36-50, followed by 35% of british people from age group 51-65 .The percentage of people is constant at 30% in among the age group of 26-35 as well as greater than 65. The younger people were only 15%, who made the least contribution towards the charity.
In year 2010, the maximum percentage of british people was around 38% under the higher age of 51 to 65 who contributed towards the charity. The least percentage of people was only 5% from the younger people who did not show much interest towards the donation. The percentage of people were are constant rate of 35% under the age group of 36-50 as well as greater than 65. The age group of 26-35 was 24% who were seen contributing towards the charity.
