Dear sir or madam,
My name is Behnaz Yousefi. I am working in the same company as Mr. Smith, who has applied for a software engineering job in your company. We worked for three years in a same team and I would like to provide some information about Mr. Smith and hope to help you to make the best decision.
Mr. Smith has a spectacular problem solving ability that made him quit popular in the office. In addition, he is extremely talented in gathering requirements from customers with his sense of humor he can ease the potential tension in any session while keep it formal. Besides, he is well-known for his exquisite manner and politeness. It seems nothing can make him lose control and get angry as he appears always calm and collected.
If you are looking for an employee who can tackle any challenge with a good attitude, he is definitely the right person for you. Furthermore, his social skills are phenomenal and should not be overlooked as you know it makes a lot of difference especially when it comes to customer experience. If a client feels comfortable during meetings, it is more likely to continue his/her business with the company or even recommend it to others.
Sincerely yours,
Behnaz Yousefi
