Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to address the issues of a printer that I bought from you 2 days ago on 25th August 2019.
The printing machine is malfunctioning that most of the time the paper was jammed and hence the ink was blurred. I have read the user manual carefully and tried to use different papers, but the problem could not be resolved. There was also a strange noise from the printer and sometimes the error sign flashed endlessly.
It has seriously impacted my work as a freelance poster designer because I need to distribute the hard-copies of the designs to my customers. Without the printer, I need to drive an hour to the town and wait another hour for the printing in the closest stationery shop which is obviously inconvenient. Not to mention I have some urgent orders recently and I will meet my clients this weekend.
Since this is a newly purchased item, the warranty is still valid and I can request for a free maintenance. However, due to the urgency, it is appreciated if you could arrange a replacement with the shop in ABC Town, Canada. I can drive to the shop and return the machine later today or tomorrow.
I look forward to your positive reply.
Yours sincerely,
Cara Chan
