The graph below shows the proportion of the population aged 65 and over berween 1940 and 2040 in three different countries. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The proportion of population aged 65 and over from 1940 to 2040 in three different countries have been increasing so many percents. In Japan, the population aged 65 and over has decreased less than 5% from 1940 to 1980 but has been increasing from 1980 to 2040. From 2020 to 2040, it's going to happening fast, over 5% to over 25%. In Sweden, the proportion looks like a stair, started from over 5% to over 25%. It's growing up year to year, so old-population in Sweden is similar to Japan at the end and start but the process is not the same. The last country is USA, the population aged 65 and over from 1940 to 2040 have been increasing from 9% to less than 25%. The percent of population aged 65 and over in USA started higher than Japan and Sweden but at the end it's going to less than both of it. Summary, three countries have been going to increase a lot of old-populations from 1940 to 2040.
