advertisement is one of the most common ways that manufacturers use to market their products and introduce them to customers. it is said that advertising causes customers to buy unnecessary things and it is a waste of money to do so. I personally agree with this statement for two reasons: adverts often exaggerate the quality of the goods and the producers usually invite celebrities to lure the fan's minds.

there is no surprise that the actual products usually look completely different from their advertisements. most advertisements and commercial videos are made with vivid colors, which helps stimulate the buyers' interests. For videos, there are sounds and music that make the goods more appealing to the customers. Moreover, the reason why the real products do not look the same is that, the makers also add in special materials when taking pictures and making videos. For example, when they take pictures of cakes, they use shaving foam instead of whipping cream. Or, sometimes they mix mashed potatoes with resplendent colors to take pictures of ice-cream because potatoes do not melt. For these reasons, consumers end up purchasing such products because they are tricked by the sumptuous look of deceptive advertisements.

it is no longer strange to see famous people on advertisements nowadays. this is the manufacturers' strategy to attract customers by having their goods publicized by super stars. most of the fans would obviously buy the products as a way to show their encouragement to their idols. Additionally, fans have a tendency to desire to own the same things as their idol's. As a part of the contract, the celebrities have to use certain products during the promoting season. there celebrities' lovers can see these products through events and videos and they will then attempt to purchase them. this shows that most people do not need the products, yet they still buy them because of the celebrities's appearance.

In conclusion, the producers usually make their products more fascinating and invite famous people to emerge in their advertisements to allure buyers to buy unnecessary products. this means that consumers should raise awareness when it comes to shopping so that they will not be tricked by the manufacturers. buying only what they need can not only save each individual's money, but it can help protect the environment.
