A while ago you have lent a friend a suitcase, which he/she has not returned yet. Write a letter to him/her reminding to bring it back and say - What suitcase and when did he/she borrow it? Brand, color, date - Why do you need it back? … traveling
- What should he/she do about it? Handover,
Hi Matrix,
I hope you are doing fine today.
I am writing a letter to remind you about my suitcase which you had borrowed from me due to your travel to Dubai.
Let me give you a few clues, so you would be able to find it out without any hassles. If you remember, during your visit on November 19, 2019, when you did ask if I would have any suitcase because you were planning to visit Dubai for a job hunt at that point in time. I lent you a suitcase from the Zara brand which I bought during summer sales. Besides, it has a black logo on the top side of the corner and contains gray and blank colors along with long strips to carry it easily.
Now, I am traveling to France over the week for a recruitment campaign because we have recently been awarded a Giga project in MEA. Due to this, I desperately need this suitcase back as it has a secure coding lock to pack my confidential files including salary details, and project information. I would suggest you please handover my suitcase to Ali by the end of today as he is traveling to visit my house tomorrow to attend my son’s birthday. You can coordinate with him, and give him a ring at 056145909 to catch up at your convenience.
I hope to see you soon once I come back from a trip.
Your friend,
Ali
